The Transition
After years of dedicated work in the family business, Brett and Evelyn Patton launched Patco East, Inc. in 2000. The new location in historic Wake Forest aimed to enhance service for customers in eastern North Carolina.
Patco East upheld the company's commitment to quality products, expert knowledge, and personalized customer service. During the early 2000s .com revolution, Patco East expanded nationally by creating Labelbrokers.com.
As a trailblazer in the online custom printed label market, Labelbrokers quickly secured a strong presence, maintaining its unwavering customer-first philosophy.

To strengthen its position in the custom printed label industry, Patco East/Labelbrokers transformed into Patco Custom Labels. Streamlined operations and procedures significantly reduced operating costs, enhancing efficiency.
