Submit your label specifications using our Custom Label Estimation Assistant, or contact us to get started. A customer service team member will review the order and artwork details with you. We will then email an invoice from QuickBooks outlining the order details for your review and approval. Once the invoice is returned with credit card or bank information, the order will be in process.
The QuickBooks invoice uses encryption which employs security standards that are governed by the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to make sure that credit card or bank draft data is protected and secure.
Once the secure invoice is returned and artwork is approved, the order is sent to production. Label production typically takes 3-5 days before shipment.
Submission of electronic artwork in an .eps format is the most common and preferred method. Other acceptable file types are .pdf, tiff, and .jpg. with color separation for multiple color artwork.
